Chung Hwa Chemical Industrial Works, Ltd.

1956 Formally established Chung Hwa Chemical  Industrial Works, Ltd. The main products of sulfuric acid, nicotinic acid and aluminum sulfate. 1987 Bought 11,383 ping at Guan Yin Industrial Park. 1988 Kuanyin plant  built a daily production capacity of 150 tons of sulfuric acid plant.   1993 Increased daily production of sulfuric acid by 250 tons, making total daily production 400 tons. 1996 Signed contract with "Merck-Kanto Advanced Chemicals Ltd." to produce high purity sulfuric acid. 1998 Signed contract with "Shikizai Chemical Co., Ltd." to produce color base and specialty chemical. 1999 Company joined OTC, and began stock public trading. 2000 Company into Taiwan Stock Exchange market. 2001 Passed ISO9001 certifcate. 2002 Signed Cooperation Agreement with Dupont to develope SIP business. Signed OEM Agreement with JSR to produce developer. 2005 To set up an specialty Intermidate Chemical Plant in Chi-Dong Jiang-Su, China.
